The TR32 implements strategic measures to increase the number of female research scientists and principal investigators utilizing auxiliary and core support. Focus is placed on the promotion of female postdoctoral scholars with the potential of advancing to the senior scientist level.

The different measures include:

To ensure continuity with regard to the other promotion measures, female scientists are encouraged to submit proposals for independent research groups, such as the DFG Emmy Noether program. The research groups are fully integrated into the TR32 research plan. Proposals are prepared under the close guidance of TR32 PIs and individual career coaches.

Based on this programme, the CRC TR32 has granted two post-doc positions:
